10th Anniversary Team Trip
Who: Tandana Board members, staff members, and Advisory Council members, plus their family members. Each person is responsible for transportation to Ecuador. Board, staff, and council members will not be required to pay a fee for in-country costs. Each family member will pay $1000 for in-country expenses.
What: A chance to get to know each other better, share expertise and experience, gain personal experience with Tandana’s work on the ground in Ecuador, volunteer in the communities, learn about local culture, and celebrate our 10th anniversary. We will do some volunteer work, some cultural activities, some interaction with local partners and beneficiaries, some sessions to share information between board and staff, and some celebration.
When: September 24-October 1, 2016. Arrive in Quito, Ecuador (UIO) on the night of September 24. Depart on the night of October 1, arriving back in the US on October 2. Or stay on for the Health Care Volunteer Vacation, October 8-15.
Where: Quichinche, Ecuador. We will stay at 
La Posada del Quinde in Otavalo and participate in activities in the surrounding communities.
Why: To connect as a team, deepen our knowledge of each other’s work on behalf of Tandana’s mission, celebrate our accomplishments, and begin our second decade in style.
